Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [amazonicahelp@gmail.com] with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll review your case and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping fees are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
